My Back's Agony

My back has a problem and I don't know what to do. I cannot fix it, can you? It's just a small pain, at lest that's what I thought. I made a wrong move, oh boy the pain I caught. I think it is the way I sleep. Or maybe it's the food I eat. That's my back's agony.
